These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BundleDeck and your purchase of any digital package listed on this site. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
We sell curated bundles of eBooks and audiobooks as digital, downloadable packages. Package contents (what's included, approximate title counts, and price) are described on each product page at the time of purchase.
When you purchase a package, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the included files for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload the files (or download links) to any other platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. The price displayed at checkout at the time of payment is the price charged — promotional pricing shown elsewhere on the site is not guaranteed to remain available.
Access is delivered instantly after successful payment, typically via an on-screen download link and/or email. If you don't receive access within 30 minutes of payment, check your spam/promotions folder, then contact us with your payment ID.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Titles included in our packages remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Purchasing a package grants you a license to use the files as described in Section 2 — it does not transfer copyright or publishing rights of any included work to you.
We provide these packages "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the purchased content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that package.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
